as such, continually maintain the highest
possible standards for our vehicles
and staff.
Vehicles
All our vehicles are fully accredited by
the Public Carriage Office before being
available for service. This involves a thorough
annual detailed check of the vehicle by
Government approved inspectors. Each vehicle
is also subjected to two intensive transport
industry MOT tests per year.
Tail-lift equipment is
regularly maintained and inspected every
6 months. All such equipment is certificated
to comply with the Lifting Operations &
Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
Passengers can also rest assured that all
of our buses are fully compliant with Health
& Safety Executive guidelines and standards,
and are extensively insured at Lloyds of
London for Hire & Reward purposes.
Staff
Our knowledgeable drivers are all registered
and licensed with the Public Carriage Office,
as well as being vetted by the Criminal
Records Bureau (CRB), before operating any
transport for our customers. Special Needs
attendants required for in-transit care
are also CRB checked and are first aid approved
by the St John Ambulance & Surrey Ambulance
services.
